ACORN 12th October 2018

   THE ACORN - 3

 Week ending 12th October 2018

If you have not already registered your account with ParentPay, please do so as soon as possible. The ParentPay system is safe and easy to use. Shortly, we will no longer be able to accept payments by cash or cheque and it will be the only acceptable means of paying for trips. Please ask at the office if you need help with this.

Harvest Festivals

Thank you to all who sent in a donation for this. All items have been passed to the Agape Foodbank in Spalding.

Individual and sibling photographs take place on Tuesday 16th October 2018. Please make sure your child is correctly dressed in their full uniform (including a jumper/cardigan) and that any hair ornaments are in school colours. All spaces for the family evening portrait session have now been taken. If you have a session booked, please make sure you arrive at the beginning of your half hour slot.

Birthday Sweets

Can we please remind you that children should not bring sweets or cake into school to celebrate their birthday. This is in accordance with the government guidelines for tackling obesity. If you wish to celebrate birthdays with classmates, please consider a healthy option such as raisins/fresh fruit. There is, of course, no obligation at all to bring items into school.

Please note that evening clubs will be cancelled on Tuesday 16th, Wednesday 17th and Thursday 18th October.

Kingswood Residential Visit – Year 5 & 6 children

Just a reminder that the next payment of £40.00 / £20.00 (pupil premium) is due today. After making your payment, this should bring the total amount paid to £160.00 or £80.00 (pupil premium). If this is not the case, please make sure you pay immediately. Thank you.

Personal Belongings

Can we please remind you that any personal item your child brings into school is brought in completely at your/their own risk? We cannot be responsible for any loss/damage caused.
