ACORN 4 - 18th October 2019

Today is the last day of Term 1.

We hope you have a very happy and safe October holiday.

Term 2 starts on Tuesday 29th October 2019.

All children should be in school on this day.

After School Clubs

Can we please remind parents/carers that you should NOT park in the car park when dropping off your child for a morning club or collecting your child from after school clubs.  These are extremely busy times of the day with school staff attempting to arrive for work or leave for the day.  This is for the safety of yourself and your children.  Thank you.

Vacancies - We are currently looking for two midday meal supervisors. The role would be from 11.45am until 1.15pm Monday to Friday term time only.  If you would like further information or an application form, please call into the school office.

Home School Agreements / E-safety Agreements / Student contact detail forms – Years 1-6

There are still a few parents/carers who have not returned the Home School Agreement and E-safety Agreements.  Can you please make sure these are returned as soon as possible otherwise your child’s use of the internet within school may be restricted.

At Parents Evening, we handed out Student Contact Detail forms for you to check we hold all the correct contact information for you.  If you have taken this home to check, can you please return it as soon as possible.  If you did not attend a parent/teacher meeting, your form will be sent to you through the classroom following the October holiday.  Please look out for this.  It is absolutely essential that we have the correct telephone numbers etc. for you so we can reach you in an emergency. Thank you.

Flu Vaccinations

If you have not already registered your child for the flu vaccination, please do this as soon as possible.  If you need a further copy of the letter, please call into the school office. The vaccinations will take place within school on 8th November.
